As we eagerly approach the Grand Opening Market on March 15th, the Piquet Fence Marketplace is bustling with activity and transformation. The vision of a vibrant community hub is quickly becoming a reality, and we are excited to share the latest updates on our progress.
White Picket Fence Installation
We are thrilled to announce that the iconic white picket fence has been successfully installed across the entire frontage. This charming addition not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of our marketplace but also sets the stage for a welcoming atmosphere.
Blooming Red Roses
In front of the picket fence, a beautiful display of red roses runs the length of our visible frontage. This floral arrangement adds a touch of color and vibrancy, inviting visitors to enjoy the scenery as they approach the marketplace.
Seating Area Development
The groundwork for our seating area is well underway. Dirtwork to bring the ground level with the slab has been completed and new sod was put in. The slab has been sandblasted and patched. Additional landscaping has been installed on both sides of the slab that will soon be adorned with large tables, providing ample space for our guests to relax and enjoy their time at the marketplace. These tables will be shaded by stylish red market umbrellas, ensuring comfort during sunny days.
Table Construction
Our team has made significant progress on the table frames, which have been fabricated, galvanized, and painted. Currently, we are in the process of creating concrete table tops and seat tops, which will add durability and style to our seating area.
Access Control Enhancements
To ensure a safe and secure environment for our visitors, access control measures have been implemented at the three entry points to the marketplace. This addition will help manage traffic and enhance the overall experience for everyone.
Signage Completion
Our entrance sign is now complete, along with the sign mounting pad. This welcoming feature will help guide visitors as they arrive, making it easy to find their way to the heart of the marketplace.
Driveway and Parking Area Preparation
We are currently engaged in additional dirt work to finalize the driveway and parking area. This crucial step will ensure that our guests have easy access to the marketplace and ample parking options on the opening day.
Fun and Games
To elevate the marketplace experience, we have procured outdoor games that will provide additional entertainment for all ages. Visitors can look forward to playing ladder ball, cornhole, giant connect 4, and several table games, making their time at Piquet Fence Marketplace even more enjoyable.
