Big news: Piquet Fence Marketplace is now an official member of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce! We’re proud to be a part of this dynamic network of local businesses and look forward to collaborating with fellow members to continue growing and enriching our marketplace experience.
Digital Sign Progress – Finally Moving Forward!
Many of you know we’ve been working behind the scenes for months to get our digital sign operational, which will give us powerful new ways to advertise our events. While we hit a major snag when the original sign company went out of business, our tech team didn’t give up. Our IT expert tracked down a company that develops cloud-based software for signage, and we’re thrilled to report they were able to make our sign compatible with their platform!
The sign components are currently being shipped back to us, and once reassembled, we’ll have a fully functional digital sign to promote upcoming markets and events. Thank you to everyone for your patience during this unexpected delay — we can’t wait to light it up soon!
Food Truck News
The buzz around our upcoming full-time food truck continues! While we’re still awaiting the Health Department’s inspection appointment, we’re excited for what’s to come. This addition will bring even more delicious options for market-goers to enjoy while they shop and mingle.
Looking Ahead to October: Children’s Entrepreneur Market
We’re also excited to announce a special collaboration for our October market: we’ve partnered with the Children’s Entrepreneur Market, a nonprofit that empowers young entrepreneurs to start and run their own businesses. This event will feature 50 children’s market booths, bringing fresh creativity and youthful energy to the marketplace. We’re incredibly honored to support the next generation of dreamers and doers!
